In September of 1997, Terri opened her first Realty Executives Dillon office in Eastlake, California. Realty Executives was ranked number 26 in the top 100 franchises to invest in by Success Magazine. Realty Executives Dillon now has offices in Chula Vista/Eastlake, Rancho Del Rey, Coronado and Pine Valley. Her mortgage company, Executive Home Loans is located in the heart of Chula Vista.
